1. About these terms
These Terms of Use apply to the Joebed Arts website at joebedarts.com and its official hosted version, including Pocket Arcade, the portfolio, and the jukebox. The site is provided under the Joebed Arts brand, based in Florida, United States. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the operator of Joebed Arts.
Please read these terms before using the site. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Nothing here limits rights or protections that applicable law does not allow you to waive. A downloadable game, beta, purchase, or other service may have separate terms that apply to that service; these website terms do not replace those terms.
2. Using the website
You may browse the portfolio, listen through the provided music players, follow project links, and use features made available for your personal, noncommercial enjoyment, subject to these terms and applicable law. Ordinary browser caching needed to display the site is permitted. You may share links to our public pages without implying our endorsement.
If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, use the site with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision. Separate games, platforms, and future events may have their own age and eligibility requirements.
3. Artwork, music, and branding
Artwork, music, logos, characters, text, designs, and other materials on the site belong to Joebed Arts or their respective owners, to the extent protected by applicable law. Third-party names and assets remain the property of their owners. Display on this site does not imply ownership of third-party intellectual property or endorsement by those owners.
Viewing or listening does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, sell, commercially exploit, mint as an NFT, or use protected content or branding in another product. Unless separately authorized or permitted by law, do not extract music, republish artwork, remove ownership notices, or present our work as your own. Fair use and other rights granted by law are not restricted by this provision.
For licensing, media, or other reuse requests, email JoebedArts@gmail.com. Ownership of any future digital collectible would not, by itself, transfer copyright; any granted rights must be stated in its separate license.
4. Responsible conduct
Do not use the site for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, infringement, or harassment. Do not introduce malware, disrupt availability, bypass access restrictions, or attempt to access systems or information without authorization. Do not use automated tools in ways that overload the site or evade its protections.
Where interactive features are available, do not manipulate scores, exploit bugs for unfair advantages, or interfere with other users. We may reasonably restrict access to address abuse, security threats, or violations, subject to applicable law. Report suspected issues to our contact email without accessing or disclosing other people’s information.
5. Projects and availability
Some projects and arcade cabinets are previews or works in development. Labels such as “coming soon,” “under construction,” or “in TestFlight” are status information, not a promise of a release date, public access, or particular final features. Beta access may be limited and governed by separate platform or game terms.
We may update, interrupt, or discontinue website features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent access to any particular preview. These statements do not remove obligations we separately agree to or that applicable law requires.
6. Payments, collectibles, and prizes
As of the effective date above, this website does not offer paid arcade plays, accept cryptocurrency payments for gameplay, or operate prize competitions. Discussions, artwork, or previews of potential features are not offers to sell, promises of rewards, or guarantees of future value.
If we introduce purchases, wallet connections, NFTs, rewards, or sponsored events, we will provide the applicable prices, eligibility requirements, rules, licenses, and other material terms before participation. These website terms alone do not authorize a charge or enroll you in an event. There is no guarantee of earnings, investment returns, resale value, or prizes.
7. Links, embedded media, and privacy
The site links to independent services and uses YouTube to present music. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and controls. When embedded media loads or you follow an external link, the provider may receive information about your visit. We do not control those services or their content.
You can review YouTube’s Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Our Website Privacy Policy explains website information handling. The Maxie Mayhem Beta Privacy Policy separately explains its stated beta-related practices. These Terms of Use are not a substitute for those privacy notices.
8. Messages and rights concerns
If you contact us, send only material you have the right to share and avoid passwords, wallet recovery phrases, financial credentials, or other sensitive information. You retain ownership of material you send. We may use your message and attachments as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or investigate the issue; sending them does not transfer ownership to us or grant a general commercial license.
For questions about these terms, permission requests, or concerns about content you believe infringes your rights, contact JoebedArts@gmail.com. For rights concerns, identify the relevant work, the page or material at issue, and how we can reach you.
9. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the website and preview materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not guarantee that every description or preview will remain current.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where an exclusion is not permitted, it does not apply.
10. Applicable law and disputes
Florida law and applicable United States federal law govern these terms, without overriding mandatory protections available under the laws where you live. Please contact us if a concern arises so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us is not a prerequisite to exercising your legal rights and does not shorten any applicable deadline.
These terms do not require arbitration or waive access to courts, a jury trial, class proceedings, or complaints to a regulator where those rights are available.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the site develops and will update the effective date on this page. Material changes will be identified here, with additional notice or consent where required by law. Revisions apply prospectively and do not retroactively authorize payments or remove rights that have already arisen.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
